Biography My name is Anna Belden. I'm a graduate from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Human Biology (2021). Since graduation from MSU, it has been a goal of mine to become a high school science teacher, which is now becoming reality through my graduate studies at Grand Valley State University. As a former Spanish Immersion student, I'm bilingual and have found this skill benefiting me in my daily life, and while teaching. My focus in education centers around a love for building relationships with students, meaningful learning, critical thinking, and the science of life. Beyond the classroom, I enjoy exploring nature with my dog, and spending as much time at the lake as possible. As winter arrives, I trade the lake for snowy peaks, indulging in snowboarding up north. My professional journey is a mix of medicine, language prowess, scientific passion, and a steady dedication to both teaching and outdoor adventures. Check out my resume below!
